Matt is the Director of Three Story Capital. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in the banking and finance industry. Commencing his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and time in the investment markets at Morgan Stanley, he moved to National Australia Bank as a senior banker in 2015.

At Three Story Capital, our streamlined process is designed to maximise your chances of loan approval. From understanding your financial position to presenting a compelling case to lenders, we guide you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience tailored to your needs.
Step One
Consultation
We’ll meet with you to gain an understanding of your business, financial position, and funding requirements, to determine how we can assist you.
Step Two
Credit Application
Once appointed, we’ll prepare a detailed credit application, addressing the three C’s in banking (character, cash flow and collateral).
Step Three
Tender Process
We’ll submit the credit application to a range of suitable lenders (including your existing bank if desired), obtain indicative offers and present these in a simplified summary. We will also discuss the terms and conditions of each offer and their implications for your business.
Step Four
Approval
We will work with your selected lender to complete the formal application process, addressing any questions or requests for additional documentation. We’ll make sure you clearly understand all the terms and conditions of your loan arrangement before settlement.
Step Five
Ongoing Relationship
We enjoy building long-term relationships and will remain in regular contact with you. We can assist with ongoing bank annual reviews, covenants and further funding requests. We will also continue to monitor the lending market, to ensure your arrangement remains highly competitive.
